About the Performer:seiji oda is a Japanese American rapper and producer from Oakland, California. Combining ambient soundscapes with his Bay Area roots, his signature sound “lofi-hyphy” represents seiji’s unorthodox approach to creating music that feels both familiar and futuristic.
