Join us for this livestream performance with musician and activist Madame Gandhi featuring “Young Indian,” a piece from her latest album, “Visions.” She will also discuss her identity as a South Asian activist and artist and her mission to celebrate gender liberation.
Artist and activist Madame Gandhi has toured with M.I.A, Thievery Corporation, and with Oprah on her 2020 Vision Stadium Tour, playing drums for the Daybreaker morning dance party. She has been listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 and is a 2020 TED Fellow. Her uplifting music and talks have been acclaimed by The New York Times, Billboard, NPR, and more.
