Join us in celebrating the Year of the Ox with fellow Asian Art Museum member and esteemed chef Martin Yan.
A legendary television icon and host of over 3,000 cooking shows around the world, Martin Yan is a Master Chef, a highly respected food consultant, and chef instructor, and a prolific cookbook author with a library of 30 titles, including the award-winning ‘Martin Yan’s Feast,’ ‘Martin Yan’s Chinatown Cooking (with intro by Julia Child),’ ‘Martin Yan’s Quick & Easy,’ and ‘Martin Yan’s China.’
In a live cooking demonstration, follow along as Yan creates three of his favorite Lunar New Year dishes — Curried Chicken in Lettuce Cups, Lotus Gold Coins, and Little Dragon over a Cloud (Seafood Custard).
As Yan’s motto goes, “If Yan can cook, so can you!”
