“Koreaworld: A Cookbook” Book Launch

Join chef Deuki Hong and two-time James Beard Award-winner Matt Rodbard for the launch of their new book — "Koreaworld: A Cookbook” — at the Asian Art Museum.

In celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and this exciting book launch, the Matt Rodbard leads a conversation with Deuki Hong and author of “Ever-Green Vietnamese” Andrea Nguyen to share recipes, stories, and conversations about Korea’s growing international culinary presence.

Korean-inspired bites and beverages will be served. Guests will also receive a signed copy of the book to bring home the taste of Korean cuisine.

Proceeds from this event support the Asian Art Museum’s mission to celebrate, preserve, and promote Asian and Asian-American art and cultures for local and global audiences.
