Curator's Choice Lecture: Hell
In person at the museum.
Join Dr. Jeffrey Durham, Associate Curator of Himalayan Art, for an enlightening exploration of Hell: Arts of Asian Underworlds.
The question of questions: What happens to us after we die? Is there a netherworld into which we depart after our physical form disintegrates? And if so, how might its dangers be successfully navigated? Hell: Arts of Asian Underworlds reveals visual answers Asian artists have provided for these eternal human riddles.
Attendance is open to Friend, Patron, Jade Circle, and Nexus members. Please consider joining or upgrading your membership today!
