About Creating Space
Creating Space was founded in July of 2023 in recognition of BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month by fashion designer Phillip Lim and passionate mental health advocates Robecta Ma and Linda Yuan, in partnership with esteemed psychologist, speaker, and author Dr. Jenny Wang, Ph.D. Inspired by their shared passion, the founders sought to create a safe space for Asian Americans of all generations to share their mental health stories and experiences — and in doing so, to heal together.
